Tupperware Bin ๐Ÿงก Babies and toddlers are fascinated by the simplest things! All you need to entertain baby is some Tupperware and some miscellaneous figurines. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ This is great for babies who are sitting up and older--I liked doing this activity in a large storage bin because it made it more fun and kept baby in one place. ๐Ÿ˜… The bin shown here is 100 liters and from Home Depot.

Gather some Tupperware containers or recycled containers, they can be ones with matching lids or not, but if your baby is able to match up the lids it is nice to throw in at least a few matching lids. ๐Ÿ™‚ Put some toys that fit in some of the containers in the bin as well, then help baby in. It may not sound glamorous, but transferring toys from container to container, matching up lids, or even just throwing them around can be so fun for baby!

What is your little learning? They are figuring out what fits, they are having to problem solve--finding the lid for a container or determining how many toys fit in each part. ๐Ÿค“ This is an easy form of open-ended play that takes very little set up and no new toys! .
